APS Bug Check detected

GO-Global for Windows



Question:

unable to start the APS services?


Answer:

This could be caused by several things. 


First would be to check the APS log file for current date/time.  APS logs are stored in \program files\graphon\go-global\logs.


Open the APS log and scroll down to Log Entries |


Do you see something about "A Bug Check (BSOD)" ?



If so, this we caused because of a previous system start and GO-Global was disabled.  To re-enable GO-Global, deleted the DBCM.bin file by going to C:\Windows\System32\Drivers\DBCM.bin


Once the file is deleted, restart the computer.
