Email Identity not displays when using 'Send
We have multiple SMTP accounts configured so Users can utilize the 'send as' when responding for another User or Department. However the FROM identity is still the logged in User and not the 'send as' users identity
None. The true identity when using the 'send as' feature, would always be the logged in USER.
Work around if you don't want the 'true' identity of the sending displayed, is to use a more company generic identity.
