Microsoft Jet Database engine error
Why do I get a warning
The Microsoft Jet Database engine cannot find the input table or query 'VIEWEMAILINBOX'. Make sure it exists and that its name is spelled correctly.
This displays when the Email queue refreshes and cannot connect to the INBOX.
Try the following:
- Refresh your connection over the network to the HelpDesk Server directory.
- Check your workstation resources. If the CPU is low a low GHz, this could be the issue. Minimum CPU recommend is 3 GHz. Anything less than this would cause collisions as HelpDesk is reading faster than the computer.
