Alan Frankel is the Founder of Resource Dynamics, Inc.. Since 1991, the company has been
involved in contact management, sales automation, and add-on productivity solutions for ACT!,
GoldMine, and TeleMagic. Mr. Frankel has a 30+ year career in systems design and analysis,
programming, system integration, and financial analysis. Mr. Frankel's entrepreneurial
spirit has taken him on many international assignments, including Kenya, India, Thailand, and Malaysia.
Since 1994, Resource Dynamics has been providing add-on enhancement products for
ACT!, GoldMine, Outlook, and other sales force automation
and CRM products.

Ronda Mish, CEO | President. Ms. Mish joined RDI in 1994 and has become an asset in our successful business growth over the past 22 years. She came with a
broad knowledge of operations in all areas of the company and is the 'go to' person for answers
and results. Besides taking care of day-to-day operations for our company, she
lends a ready hand in all areas of the company (sales, marketing, technical support & research).
Prior to joining our team here at RDI, Ms. Mish worked for fifteen years
in product sales and distribution in the field of education videos. In her spare time, Ms. Mish enjoys family time and DIY projects.
Lynn Greenlee, Director. Joined our RDI Support Team in 2003 and has
21 years of experience in Customer Service & Support. Prior to joining our team, Ms. Greenlee started
her career in the pharmaceutical industry for five years and then moved into the Software Distribution
performing the function of both Sales & Support.
Matthew Thomas, Manager. Joined our team in September 2007 and comes to us with 7 years experience
in Retails Sales and Customer Service. Matthew has a business managements degree. Matthew’s current position is managing our Support Team and lending
assistance to the Sales Team. In his spare time Matthew likes to ride his motor-cycle along the beach.
