Some of our team leaders
Alan Frankel, CEO and founder of Resource Dynamics, Inc. Founded in 1991, the company has been
involved in contact management, sales automation, and add-on productivity solutions for ACT!,
GoldMine, and TeleMagic. Mr. Frankel has a 30 year career in systems design and analysis,
programming, system integration, and financial analysis. Mr. Frankel's entrepreneurial
spirit has taken him on many international assignments, including Kenya, India, Thailand, and Malaysia.
Ronda Mish, Operating Officer. Ms. Mish joined RDI in 1993 and with a
broad knowledge of operations in all areas of the company and is the 'go to' person for answers
and results. Besides taking care of day-to-day operations for our company, she
lends a ready hand in both sales, marketing, and technical support.
Prior to joining our team here at RDI, Ms. Mish worked for fifteen years
in product sales and distribution in the field of education videos.
Steven Kamradt, Senior Programmer and Developer, and Systems Management, returns to Resource
Dynamics in the summer of 2005. Steven is one of the leading Delphi programmers in the
country and a highly active participant in company's
product design and implementation plans.
Lynn Greenlee, Support Team Director. Ms. Greenlee joined our RDI Support Team in 2003 and has
21 years of experience in Customer Service & Support. Prior to joining our team, Ms. Greenlee started
her career in the pharmaceutical industry for five years and then moved into the Software Distribution
performing the function of both Sales & Support.
Matthew Mish, joined our team in September 2007 and comes to us with 7 years experience
in Retails Sales and Customer Service. Matthew is currently attending college to pursue a
business degree. Matthew’s current position is managing our Support Team and lending
assistance to the Sales Team.
Nicholas Popp, (part time), ex-Support Team Manager and member of Resource
Dynamics product planning team.
Nick joined RDI in 2005 and is involved in technical support services, testing, Q & A, and internal
infrastructure support. Nick will be attending law school in the fall of
2007. Nicholas will continue to be a part of our support team from behind
the scenes. Note: Nicholas ranked 3rd in his freshman class at law school).
