GO-Global Support Policy

The annual maintenance for GO-Global includes:
|

a) |
technical support via phone and/or email
|
| |
b) |
all GO-Global updates and upgrades. Upgrades include new versions of GO-Global
which contain new features as well as compatibility changes.
|
| |
c) |
ability to rehost or relicense, if required, when moving your GO-Global server to
another physical machine or location. |
|
|
|
Important Note: Graphon, publisher of GO-Global, requires the following:
|

a) |
Maintenance is required during the first year of purchase.
|
| |
b) |
If new licensing or rehosting is required for the current version, Graphon requires a "paid-up"
maintenance agreement to be in force. That means that you must purchase an annual maintenance
agreement to cover the period beginning when your last maintenance expired that covers up
to and including the current date.

If you are on a current annual maintenance agreement, you will NEVER have
to pay anything additional. |
