GO-Global for Windows Evaluation Trial

GO-Global for Windows evaluation will allow you to install and test ALL features of GO-Global on your own system using your own applications. It allows unlimited users connections and has the same FULL functionality of a licensed installation.

Please HAVE a support O/S (Windows 2008 Server, 2003 Server, Windows 7 (64-bit) non home, XP Pro (32-bit)

Installing the GO-Global Server Software, Setup, and Testing
1.	Evaluation License The license will be required to activate your trial. We will send the license file to the email address you provided on the previous registration form TIP: during your installation you will be prompted to retrieve a license file, since this is an evaluation, SKIP that screen and use the evaluation license we emailed. You CAN continue with your installation. Once the installation is complete, follow the instructions provided in our email on how to apply the evaluation license.
2.	Quick Start Guide Download and print the GO-Global Quick Start Guide. This will guide you through the entire installation. Please review this document as it will answer most of your questions on installation.
3.	Version 4.0 Administrator's Guide for Go-Global Server and Administration A complete administrator's guide can be found at Windows Administrator Guide v4.0. You may not wish to print this guide at this point but it will be handy to answer many of your questions after you get going on your installation and have specific questions to be answered. The on-line help file is also good and will be helpful when working in the 'Cluster Manager'.
4.	Install the Server Software This is the Go-Global server installation program, Version 4.0.1. Download and run this program to install Go-Global server software on your server for the first time. Supported O/S for server side software: 2003 \| 2008 \| Win7 (64-bit) \| XP Pro sp3 Download the SERVER INSTALLATION PROGRAM GoGlobal Server 32-bit and run. GoGlobal Server 64-bit and run. Follow the on-screen prompts. Please refer to the Quick Start Guide above for details on how to publish applications using the GO-Global Cluster Manager.

GO-Global Client Software

If you just want to access applications from a browser, IE, then you DO NOT have to install the desktop client.

GO-Global has multiple ways (clients) in which to communicate with a GO-Global server. The most popular are:

Active-X Client
Desktop Client

iPad Client available from the APP Store. From your iPad device, click App Store and search GO-Global or GraphOn

The Active-X client is used with Windows Microsoft Internet Explorer. The Active-X client will load by accessing the server directly from a web page (the user will be prompted to install the Active-X client when accessing for the first time).

The other method is to use the native desktop client. To do this, browse to your \program files\graphon\goglobal\ web\client directory for client installers or download from below link. Once the desktop client is installed, it is then accessed by clicking on the created desktop client icon.

No software needs to be downloaded to use the Active-X client. It is dispensed when you access the GO-Global web page for the first time.
