Remote Access with 100% Native Functionality of Applications

Go-Global is usually installed on your Web Server which has MS Windows NT, 2000 or 2003.

Remote clients can use any Windows Operating System, Macintosh and even Linux or UNIX systems.

Users login over the Internet using Internet Explorer® (Netscape® or other browser) accessing the applications that are permitted by your management.

Q. What type of applications does GO-Global support?
A. GO-Global (for Windows) will only support 32-bit applications that are multi-user capable such as the Microsoft Office suite.

Web Enablement using GO-Global Technology
"HelpDesk for the Web" utilizes a technology developed by Graphon Corp called "GO-Global". This technology offers application publishing, deployment and management. The family consists of GO-Global for Windows which publishes Windows applications, and GO-Global for UNIX which publishes UNIX and Linux applications.

It is the simple server-based computing solution with easy user administration. GO-Global eliminates the need for cumbersome, complex software infrastructure such as Citrix MetaFrame, Microsoft Windows Terminal Services, or local X Server software. And unlike other solutions that dictate a new application management infrastructure, It has been designed to work seamlessly within your current environment.

Application Management Made Easy

Deploying, administrating and maintaining traditional distributed applications can be costly and time-consuming. GO-Global's server-based approach saves time and money. And unlike some other application publishing solutions, GO-Global publishes only the application's user interface, not the entire desktop. This increases efficiency and performance, lowers bandwidth consumption, and lowers your TCO.

The underlying technology is totally invisible to your users. Web-enabled applications look and feel exactly the same as natively running applications. No special training is required.

Designed with Your Security in Mind

Distributed applications open up potential security exposures. That's why GO-Global's unique architecture has been specifically designed to retain your mission-critical applications and sensitive data securely on a central server behind your corporate firewall. What's more, all transmissions are fully encrypted.
