GO-Global Pricing (per concurrent user) - The licensing model is very simple. How many users need to connect to the GO-Global server, concurrently, at any time from any place for any application. That is how many licenses you will need. The license is a one time purchase, even if you move to another server or change operating systems.

Maintenance includes updates, upgrades, and technical support.

Other Pricing Information

All user pricing is for concurrent users, i.e., the number of users actually connected to HelpDesk at any one time. This gives much more flexibility and value than is afforded by 'named' user licensing.

All refunds and returns are subject to the cost of credit card charges if a credit card was used for the amount being refunded.


SUPER BUNDLE GOLD

Super Bundle is a one year service that includes both maintenance support and free feature upgrades to the current HelpDesk version.

"Super Bundle", our GOLD Care option, includes the following:

 FREE upgrades for ONE YEAR. All upgrades, including new features in our basic program.

20 Hours of telephone and email technical support (excludes training).

Email alert and reminder notices

Guranteed renewal rate of same rate (based on same user count & renewed ontime)

FREE re-hosting to a new server if needed (limit 2 per contract year)
 We also offer the "Super Bundle" after the initial 30 days from purchase. Prices depend on date of purchase.  Please call for quotes.

Note:  Please read Support Policy for a detailed description of maintenance and service provided under the Super Bundle or other maintenance plans.

Upgrade Pricing - Tele-Support HelpDesk

If after the initial 30 day purchase period, please call for current pricing for the Super Bundle and other maintenance arrangements.

Super bundles will NOT be offered 120 days prior to a major version upgrade except on new purchases within that time frame.


Upgrade to a New version and not currently on Super Bundle agreement.

If you would like to upgrade from a prior version of Tele-Support HelpDesk to a current version and you do NOT have a current 'Support Bundle' agreement, then the pricing below will give you an estimation of the costs to upgrade. It is roughly 65% of the current list price plus normal Super Bundle annual contract amounts. This pricing is for upgrades from version 3.x to current version 4.1.

RE-Hosting HelpDesk License

Rehost Policy: Licensees with valid annual maintenance agreements are allowed to rehost. Annual maintenance fees allow Licensee to obtain two (2) changes of Host ID during maintenance year at no additional cost. Additional changes of Host ID within any maintenance year will require a payment of 30% of the original license fee.  By submitting this request you are indicating at such time as you began to use the new license files on the 'New System', you will stop using the old license file(s), complete the deactivation (required) and remove the software and license file(s) from the 'Current System' AFTER the deactivation

Rehost Policy NO maintenance: There is a fee of $125 to rehost your license and a deactivation is required. If you are unable to process a deactivation, the cost is $250.

A Rehost is to the SAME HelpDesk database. When your HelpDesk was licensed, a unique database ID is locked. A Rehost license will NOT function on a new / blank database

Rehost request with NO maintneance have a limit of four (4) request. After the 4th request, the rate is based on a % of the current cost of the license
Rehost are available for Tele-Support HelpDesk version 3.2.1, 4.0.0, 4.1.0 and 4.1.1.
