Problem:

When I select the Scheduled List it returns the error:

(date) is not a valid date

Cause:

Go-Global reporting system remembers International dates only once, the way they were originally created. If the Regional settings in configuration is set to US standard dates (eg 1/31/07) and is changed to French (eg 31/1/07) the scheduled tasks will need to be re-created

Solution:

Configure anything you would like to be scheduled in the language you will be working in. Once the language is changed the scheduled tasks will remain the way they were originally set.

If the date has already been set browse to:

C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\Resource Dynamics\Go-Global Reporting

on the comptuer where the Go-Global Reporting system is located and edit/delete schedule.xml to correct the error.
