Solution:

This is most often caused by a Windows Hot Fix being applied before a Compability Fix has been released by GO-Global. 

Check our web site for compability patches.

Also, some DELL Poweredge servers use a specialized OEM Windows version which might require a compability patch update.

After checking our support page to make sure there are NO pending compability patches (we put notices there as soon as Windows releases a hot fix), update your server to the latest updates if you wish.   Then make sure you apply latest updates and patches from our GO-Global web site.
