Blue screen after Windows Update

Problem:

Get a Blue Screen after performing a Windows Update

After performing a Windows Update, then rebooting your server, you get the 'blue screen' and system will not start.

Results:

The problem is being caused by a bug within GO-Global.   This should be fixed soon, but if it does happen, this is what you do.

1.  Restart the server in Safe Mode.

2.  Enter the command mode by pressing "start", "run", and entering CMD as your value.

3.  Navigate to C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM32\DRIVERS.

4.  Look for the file ggse.sys and DELETE

5.  Reboot your Server.  It should now boot without a problem.   However, Go-Global will not be working.

6.  Install the latest version of GO-Global server.  It will update your Server installation but leave all you settings and published applications as they were.   After installing the GO-Global server again, reboot and every thing should be working correctly.
