GOGLOBAL19 GoGlobal License Invalid
Problem:
Installed a new license for GoGlobal and after reboot returns message, GoGlobal License Error. Unable to connect to GoGlobal Server
Resolution:
First, make sure you have saved the license file into the correct folder. This is most important. The correct location is C:\program files\graphon\goglobal server\programs
Open the license.lic file in note pad and verify that the server name and mac address match. This information is displayed at the section following the # symbols, SERVER xxxxxxx xxxxxxxxxxxxxx
Verify that the license services for GoGlobal where STOPPED before you applied a new license file and started back up.
If the above is correct, then try saving the license again. To ensure the license file is updated over an existing, rename the existing license file.
