I use Microsoft Internet Security and Acceleration Server to manage my VPN connection. When logging into GoGlobal through my VPN, I get a client and server version mismatch error. GoGlobal works properly when run internally on the network.

Answer:

This can be resolved by running the firewall client of ISA on the local machine. It seems that ISA is blocking the packet containing the version information and thus not allowing GoGlobal to verify that its client and server versions match.
