Question:

Sessions within Go-Global are not automatically terminating upon disconnect, causing the GoGlobal licenses to be used.

Answer:

This may be due to the fact that some programs may spawn side processes that do not automatically end upon exiting (i.e. Telemagic spawns fm3032.exe and QuickBooks spawns qbupdate.exe).

Try the following:

First, you must determine the name of the stray process that is hanging. this would be easiest to do by identifying the hanging session and then seeing what processes are still running in the "processes" tab for that session. Once the process is identified, do the following:

1) Click Start -> Run and type in "RegEdit". Click Ok.

2) Browse to HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\GraphOn\Bridges\1.0.0\System\Processes

3) Create a new DWORD VALUE with the name of the stray process executable (i.e. fm3032.exe) and then assign the default value to this key of '2'.
