GoGlobal Server Blue Screens on Client Login

Question:

Whenever a GoGlobal client attempts to connect to my GoGlobal server, the server blue screens, generates a memory dump, and restarts. How can I resolve this?

Answer:

This may be the result of some necessary GoGlobal programs having been added to Windows Data Execution Prevention. To check this, please complete the following steps:

1) Right-click on "My Computer" and select Properties.

2) Click on the "Advanced" tab in the System Properties window.

3) Click on the "Settings" button in the Performance section of the Advanced tab.

4) Click on the Data Execution Prevention tab in the Performance Options dialog.

5) Look to see if either of the following two programs are listed in the program list: "Go-Global Application Publishing Service" (aps.exe) or "Go-Global License Manager" (LMGRD.exe).

6) If so, please remove these two entries, click "Apply" and reboot your server.
