Problem:

I am receiving a "service-specific error #3605" when trying to start the Application Publishing Service after installing GoGlobal.

Resolution:

Please completely uninstall and then reinstall the GoGlobal server. To do this, please follow the steps below:

1) Uninstall the GoGlobal server by going to Control Panel -> Add and Remove Programs. Select "GoGlobal Server" and click "Change/Remove."

2) Once this is fully uninstalled, please do a fresh installation of GoGlobal using the latest version available. Please contact our support team at (727) 360-0533 or via e-mail at support@resource-dynamics.com for most recent version information.

3) Be sure to reboot your server after installation.

4) After ensuring that the Application Publishing Service will now start properly, please re-apply your GoGlobal license file.
