Problem:

Cannot get Crystal Reports to print when accesing through Go-Global connection.  Applications run ok on GG server but when the login is via GO-Global, even running as an administrator creates an error.  In our test case, the report actually runs after clicking OK on the error. 

Resolutoin:

Please open the attached PDF article for the solution.  Will require knowledge to edit local registry keys.   Changing the registry corrected the error for the affected customer.
