GOGLOBAL36 APS Log NTSTATUS3221225495
INTERNAL USE ONLY:
If you have a GO-Global that a native or activeX client can't connect to, check the APS log.
The code in the APS log, NTSTATUS3221225495, indicates a lack of system resources. However, we don't know which
resource. but have seen this happen at a couple of other customers and the problem goes away.
If they have this problem again, we will need to get a manual crash dump from the timeframe of the problem. They need to prepare for this in advance. If you want to pursue it, please see details in I:\HD Attachments\GOGlobal\manual Crash Dump.zip. Graphon support prefers a complete dump if possible.
Please note that to get the manual crash dump they have to hold down the *rightmost* CTRL key, and press the SCROLL LOCK key twice. This
is explained in the document, but easily missed.
