We are having an issue with the MAC Safari 10 client connecting?
To fix the Safari 10 issue please follow the steps below-
Customers running GO-Global host version 5.0.1 or 5.0.2 need to contact Support@Resource-Dynamcis.com and request a copy of the logon.js file
Which once you receive you will copy to
[drive:]\Program Files\GraphOn\GO-Global\Web directory.
This file does not prompt the user to install the plug-in if Safari reports that the plug-in is not installed. With this logon.js file, Safari simply displays an error message that the plug-in is not installed.
Users can then click a new, "Install Add-onē link in the upper-right corner of the page to install the Add-on. On Safari, the "Install Add-on"option is displayed regardless of whether or not the Add-on is
After you have made this change you may need to clear your history in your
safari browser for it to work.
