Tele-Support HelpDesk is available by internet download.  Once purchased we activate your evaluation to a live version.  By Emailing you a license file and instructions.

     Version 2.2 will have attached files HDLicense.cab & HDLicense.zip

     Version 3.0 will have attached file HDLicense.txt

     IMPORTANT if you are unable to receive .cab or zip files, please advise at the time you place your order.

UpDates are available by Internet Download.

UpGrades to a new version are available by Internet Download.  UpGrades are available with active maintenance contracts (Super Bundle).

Some Add On Modules will be delivered via Email in a "zipped" file or uploaded and we will provide you with the URL and user name & password to access.
