PreSales - How much time is needed to install / setup?

Tele-Support HelpDesk takes approximately 30 minutes or less to install (after download).

To setup basic features in Tele-Support HelpDesk, estimates at about 1 hour or less.  There are advanced and optional features in our application that is not required to setup to run, and may take additional time to fully understand how they function.

Included in the download is FULL documentation and it is strongley recommended that you review to ensure your install and setup is successful.

Documentation for version 2.2 will be including in the HDServer location, HDAdmin.pdf and HDUser.pdf.  Also available for download from the 2.2 Update Site http://www.resource-dynamics.com/support/updatesv2.asp

Documentation for version 3.0 will be including during the installation process and will be copied to the HelpDesk Server directory.  Also available for download from the 3.0 Update Site http://www.resource-dynamics.com/support/hd30
