We include several build in reports and stand reports created by Crystal Reports v8.5.

We have supplied a variety of standard reports that range from, Billing - Inquiry Analysis - Known Issues - Open Inquiry - and more.  

This unique feature gives you, the user, the power to customize your own reports to fit your reportiing needs.  All you need is a copy of Crystal Reports for development.  For complete information on How To Create Custom Reports, please view the System Admin Guide or use our Tech Tips - key word search - reports.

Note....You can use ANY reporting application that can read ACCESS data.  However, you will NOT be able to access the reports from with in HelpDesk.
