Licensing (evaluation or permanent) for Tele-Support HelpDesk is also obtain by download method with a special activation code that will be emailed to you. Licensing (evaluation or permanent) for GO-Global will be emailed with instructions on how to apply the license file. If you are using a proxy server, in some cases, because of security, you will need to disable until your license is downloaded. Depending on virus software, sometimes this also has to be disabled. |
