GEN_503ERR
GEN_503ERR 503 Error when Sending Email
Problem:
Sending email, on valid accounts returns a message, Error 503 service unavailable or similar
Cause:
The 503 error is an HTTP status code that means the web sites server you are attempting to connect with is simply not available at that moment.
Solution:
With Tele-Support HelpDesk Post Office, if you receive a 503 error, it will attempt to retry. If it fails to connect to your mail server, the email will remain in your OUT box. You will need to rename the email in the OUT box back to a .HDE file, shut down scheduler and resend.
NEW in version 4.0 Post Office. There is now an option right from the OUT folder on the Email queue to open problem emails, edit and resubmit.
