Tele-Support HelpDesk Hot Tips

Problem:

exception class   : EDatabaseError

exception message : aQuery: Field 'Inquiry_ID' not found.

Cause:

This is usually caused with the connection to the helpdesk database is lost (ie no network connection).

Solution:

Verify from the client can connect to the server where the HelpDesk database resides.  If not, contact your network administrator for further assistance.  If you can connect, close HelpDesk and restart.
