My HelpDesk hangs up and/or wont' display gra Problem: When I have My HelpDesk enabled, it appears to hang when loading or it loads but the graphics are missing? Resolution: My HelpDesk requires IE and FLASH installed on each client workstation. Since MyHelpDesk is a global setting, this will effect all workstations. |
