40_TIP0002 Screen Shooter doesn't link images
Problem:
I'm using Screen Shooter on my Vista client but my images are not linking.
After existing HelpDesk and logging back on, the images are now available from the Links tab
Cause:
Windows Vista security. Screen Shooter runs as a non-admin user. If you are logged into HelpDesk as an Admin User, it won't add the links until you exit the session.
Solution:
There is no real solution for this one. You could run HelpDesk as a non-admin user, then when using screen shooter the images appear instantly in the Links tab. Or, if you run HelpDesk as an Admin user, you need to exit the HelpDesk session for the images to write.
As an admin user, will block non-admin task from writing
