Tele-Support HelpDesk Hot Tips

Problem: Customer goes to add a new user to the system and receives an error qryUser: Field 'SEC_XXX_XXX" not found (the name of the field can be different depending on what it finds missing first). The system also only shows the "Inquiry" option for security rights.

Solution: Customer must run the HDDB4patch.exe, this will patch add the missing fields.

If the file is not located in your \server directory, you can download from our site

Save the file in the \server directory, then run.  Because we need to patch the database, please have all Users exit HelpDesk and close the Scheduler/Post Office if running.
