Compatiblity for version 4.0 Tele-Support HelpDesk:


O/S Servers supported      

2000 sp3

2003SBS,

SQL Server 2003

SQL Server 2005


O/S workstations supported 

2000,  XP Pro, Vista Ultimate


ACT! versions supported

ACT2000 and ACT! 6 where tested successfully, however since SAGE no longer supports this version, support may be limited.


ACT! 2005 and 2006 utilize the .NET 1 framework and are not supported by SAGE for 3rd party apps if .NET 3 is installed. If you have either one of these versions of ACT! client installed, and have .NET3, HelpDesk may not funtion properly.


ACT!2009 full compatibility to version 11.0.x. 

March 11, 2009 Recent update by SAGE, build 11.1.183 is NOT currently compatible to this version of HelpDesk.  ACT! 11.1.x users will require HelpDesk version 4.1. 


GM versions supported

GM5.5 dbase standard edition:  tested successfully, however since FrontRage no longer supports this version, support may be limited.


GM6.7 dbase standard & SQL corporate

GM7SQL, corporate

GM8.0 SQL, corporate

       GM8.5.0 requires HelpDesk 4.1



BMC 2007 version supported (using local contacts)


Outlook 2003, 2007 (using local contacts)
