AutoLookUP and HelpDesk Viewer Plugins ACT! PLUGINS WITH VISTA and Windows 7 PRO OR ULTIMATE (32-bit) The issue has to do with VISTA and Windows 7 only and also has to do with the "User Account Control" In order to make it work at this time, you have to start each application by right clicking on the shortcut and "run administrator". You still then have to "OK" the application by saying that you recognize it. *Note* If you are running Vista or Windows 7 64-bit, the plug-in may not function. |
