KI# 14418 - Running Stand Alone HelpDesk, the contact notes did not include scroll bars.  The contact notes now include scroll bars.

KI# 14419 - Known Issue linked inquiry, on first creation would not properly save the linked inquiry, and you had to go back in and link a second time to save.  This has been corrected.

KI# 14432 - When installing the client, the 'sound' for Email Queue Change was not being included with the installation.  This has been resolved and now is included with the latest Client Installation dated Nov 19.

KI# 14423 - When removing the right for a User to REPLY from the Email queue, was not properly blocking them from using the Reply ALL option.  This has been resolved.  If the right to Reply is disabled, the Reply All will also be disabled.

KI# 14431 - Reports returns invalid date range when regional settings where Italian.

KI# 14403 - Print icon from the Known Issue would return error. 

KI# 14397 - When adding a new date field (inquiry field) in the custome tabs designer, when placing the date and choose no validation it still will not allow you to have a blank entry when you close the inquiry, it will cause a catastrophic failure.

KI# 14408 -SQL users who created a center view field that was a pick list that had Yes/No and actually displayed True/False.

KI# 14369 - First center tab was blank.  To show fields you needed to click off first tab and back again.  This has now been resolved and correctly displays the first center view tab fields.

TSHD4QuickUpdate 4.0.0.1007 September 11, 2008 includes

KI# 14370 - Contact Manager configuration for OutLook/Exchange was not properly handling a string value.  This was preventing the configuration to complete and return a zero value message.  This has now been resolved in latest HDConfig4.exe version 4.0.0.125, which is included when you run the quickupdate

TSHD4QuickUpdate 4.0.0.1000 September 3, 2008 includes

KI# 14357 - Access Violations randomly display.  Additional code added in various areas to prevent communication loss to the database.

KI# 14366 - Client installer (build 4.0.0.998) to support new version 4.0 SQL users.  Previous client installer was hard coded to locate the database name HelpDesk3.  The default for new SQL installation of HelpDesk is just 'HelpDesk'.

KI# 14367 - Known Issues Print option (from the KI queue).  With the new 'linked inquiry' feature, we now include all linked inquiries on the print out.

TSHD4QuickUpdate 4.0.0.997 August 15, 2008 includes

KI# 14338 - When going to Help About, clicking on Check For Updates, would access the 3.2.1 update site instead of the 4.0.0 update site. This ONLY effected the 'check for updates' link.  Running the QuickUpdate correctly connected to the 4.0.0 update site and pulled down applicable updates needed for your installation.

KI# 14357 - Random access violations.  We have added some modifications to we hope will reduce  the random access violations  For more information on Access Violations, please access our on-line Hot Tip, key word EACCESS.

KI # 14170 - Email OUT box bcc and cc files where not properly being cleard after being sent.  You will NEED to run the Install_HDServices again (on the same computer currently running Post Office / Scheduler) to update the file.  Please shut Post office down before you update. install_HDServices.exe 4.0.0.209

KI # 14301 Links properties for field lengths are lmited in size.  With this update, you will no longer be able to go beyond the limit set in the database.
