%1 Error when launching executable Tech Tip: When launching an executable returns a %1 error ususally indicates unable to access the connection string from the SERVERDIR path in the registry key Possible solution, check the registry key by clicking on Start - Run - RegEdit - Local Machine - Software - Resource Dynamics, click on HelpDesk3 or HelpDesk4 (which ever is applicable), then view the path for SERVERDIR. This path must equal the licensed server path. Example: \\yourservername\helpdesk3\server or \\yourservername\helpdesk4\server
