TT_ACT1ERR ACT! Error #1
ACT Tech Tip:
If you receive exception message : Tele-Support Helpdesk has encountered a configuration issue and will now close. Unable to login to the contact manager ACT! Error: Error # -1 The ACT! database path may not be accessible Please verify that you have correctly configured Tele-Support Helpdesk's connection to the contact manager.
This is ususally caused when the user name and/pw are not valid or the workstation does not have access to the configured database.
Would suggest you check the configuration path for contact manager to be UNC. verify the USER has a valid login ACT! name and pw. Verify that ACT! is installed locally and user can open the database that is being configured.
