HelpDesk Compatibility with ACT for the Web Tech Tip: HelpDesk's compatibility with ACT for the Web We are currently compatible with ACT for the Web versions 2006 and 2007. We are NOT compatible with ACT for the Web 2005. What this means is that HelpDesk is compatible with the server-side ACT executable used to set up the databases initially and with any ACT Premium or Standard locally-installed clients running against the ACT for the Web database. We are NOT compatible with the strictly ACT for the Web clients that are not locally installed on the workstation as these clients do not install the necessary ACT dlls and framework.
