Tele-Support HelpDesk Hot Tips

Tech Tip:

If adding a new user to HelpDesk returns message, Field users OP_CM_USERID cant be a 0 length string

This is displayed when the contact manager logon id is blank or invalid.

Log into Configuration - Users/Departments - Add a new user, make sure you complete the Contact Manager user id and if applicable enter their password.  Then TEST connection.

If successful, you should be able to continue adding your user.
