Crystal XI and SQL 2005 Tech Tip: You will no longer be able to use a blank password with SQL 2005 server, This means that you must own Crystal Reports XI in order to modify any reports in HelpDesk Crystal Reports will no longer be a supported option within Helpdesk, Reports menu on future version release. Version 4.0 is the last supported version for Crystal Reports. You will still be able to use Crystal, you just will have to run your reports direct from Crystal and not from inside HelpDesk.
