Solution:

***Note****No guarantees are made as to the accuracy or reliability of this dictionary.

• Select and save the desired language to your Template folder, where you currently should have a American.adu file.
• Open HelpDesk client
• Click on the Email Icon from the menu / tool bar
• Click on Spell Check

Should have a dialog box titled, Spelling

• Click on Options
• Click on locate dictionary and browse to your Template folder and click OK

Should see new dictionary listed

• uncheck English and check the new dictionary and click OK
