Tele-Support HelpDesk Hot Tips

Tech Tip:

If you created a Hot Tip.  Now trying to email that Hot tip and getting message, cannot create file c:\xxxxxxxxxxx\....rft. Ths system cannot find the path specified.

Check your Tip ID.  Make sure is does NOT contain any of the following characters:

/

?

@

#

*

&

Basicaly the Tip ID can be Letterr, Numbers and can use the _ (underscore).
