Compact and Repair HelpDesk MDB Database Tech Tip: How to repair HelpDesk mdb database? 1) Open your HelpDesk mdb in Microsoft Access. 2) Depending on what version of Access, Click Tools > Database Utilities > Compact and Repair Database or click Office Button > Manage > compact and repair 3) Close Microsoft Access. or for a quick compact and repair, open DBUtil, select the compact and repair database. This is a quick, basic repair. If you continue to have issues with access violations, please compact and repair through ACCESS. Note that these processes are applicable only to the Access version of HelpDesk. These steps will not work for a SQL-based HelpDesk installation. |
