Exchange Server and Post Office

Tech Tip:


Running PostOffice run with Exchange Server requires that you enable POP3 services on the Exchange Server and you will need to authorize the POP3 and SMTP email accounts that you are going to use with HelpDesk Post Office.


You also need to include the IP address for the machine that will be running the Post Office.


For full instructions on authorizing POP3 / SMTP accounts, please refer to your Exchange Server manual or google the Internet for further directions.
