ACT! 2008 missing new inquriy search fields

ACT Tech Tip:


If you installed ACT! 2007 or 2008 and everything is mapped and configured correctly, but when doing a New Inquriy Search, the results appear in the bottom grid, but when selecting a record will not display the results in the top right.


Please note, that you may experience other issues beside the one listed above.


Tele-Support HelpDesk requires the .NET 1.1 framework.


With ACT! 2007 and 2008 , the .NET 2.0 framework is installed automatically. To install .NET 1.1 Framework. This software can be found at:
