ODBC System DSN Problem Tech Tip: How to set ODBC permissions ODBC entries are controleld in the registry for local user. Users NEED full control permissions. Would suggest using regedit32 or regedit if you are using 2003 or XP, and go to the HKey_Local_Machine\software\ODBC and try adding full control permissions fo the affected user/ groups, replacing the value in the subkeys. |
