Crystal Report Export File Types

Tele-Support HelpDesk, includes the basic runtime file, which includes the follow export file types:

• Crystal Report format
• ODBC
• Rich Text
• Common Delimited

For additional runtime files, you will need to contact Crystal Decisions, currently owned by Business Objects,

Applicable HelpDesk versions

Crystal 8.5 for version 3.0, 3.1., 3.2.0

Crystal XI for version 3.21. and 4.0.0

Version 4.0.0 will be the last supported HelpDesk for Crystal Reports to run from within HelpDesk, Report menu option.
