Tech Tip:
It you cannot create a new Inquiry in Helpdesk using Windows Vista. And an error is generated saying that the inquiry can not be saved. Please check your Add/Remove programs for .NET 1.1 Framework (required for HelpDesk). If needed, Install .NET 1.1 Framework. This software can be found at:
