Below is a sample My HelpDesk screen. On the left, you'll see statistics regarding currently open, started, and finished inquiries for the individual, for the department, and for the entire helpdesk staff.
Also notice links to the Bulletin Board System, as well as global and personal links to web pages, programs, and a personal scratchpad.
The center section shows at the top a personal reminder (kind of like a sticky note), and various pieces of information that may be of interest to the logged on user, such as last inquiries they opened and worked on, recently added Hot Tips, plus other choices.
Thr right hand panel will show statistics by department or for the company as a whole. The charts display inquiries by priority and inquiries that are open by user.
