GraphOn Corp. and Resource Dynamics Sign OEM Agreement
GO-Global Provides Web-based Remote Access to Resource Dynamics' Tele-Support HelpDesk Application
SANTA CRUZ, CA - February 28, 2005 - GraphOn Corporation (OTCBB: GOJO.OB), a leading developer of multi-platform application publishing and Web-enabling software solutions, today announced an OEM agreement with Resource Dynamics, Inc. based in St. Petersburg Beach, FL. Resource Dynamics publishes and supports the Tele-Support HelpDesk application, providing customer service, help desk, and call tracking for small- to medium-sized businesses.
Resource Dynamics will utilize GraphOn's GO-Global for Windows technology to provide remote access for on-site technicians, branch offices, remote workers, and work-at-home staff. Incorporating advanced server-based computing technology and ultra-thin-clients, GO-Global makes applications instantly accessible to local and remote users running on any platform, while retaining all of the published application's features, functionality, and branding. In addition to integrating the technology onto Tele-Support HelpDesk, Resource Dynamics will also market GO-Global as a stand-alone software product to its customer base.
"We selected GO-Global because it works, because it's easy to install and implement, and because it has outstanding performance," said Alan H. Frankel, CEO of Resource Dynamics. "GO-Global gives us the edge over our competition that we've been looking for. It enables us to be Web-ready without rewriting our application, a road once traveled but never completed. Now we can concentrate our programming and development efforts on our core application and still satisfy our customers' Web access demands."
Tele-Support HelpDesk tracks problems, inquiries and requests from inception to resolution, while providing a knowledge base for issue resolution. It also provides an analysis of activity by category, product, customer, and staff. Tele-Support HelpDesk runs as a stand-alone application or with several popular contact management solutions such as ACT! or GoldMine.
"We are very pleased to enter into this OEM alliance with Resource Dynamics and are confident that it will prove to be a mutually beneficial relationship," said John Dilworth, GraphOn's Vice President of Sales and Marketing. "Tele-Support HelpDesk is a proven solution in this market segment, and the addition of GO-Global connectivity should further strengthen the product offering."
