Technical Notice regarding use of Goldmine 9 and newer



Due to structure changes made from makers of Goldmine with their new version 9 Premium which is now built on .NET framework, Tele-Support HelpDesk will no longer be compatible to Goldmine 9 and up. In 'theory' the Professional version may work, but is at Users own risk.

Due to low volume user count and lack of new interest, the resources required to continue development is no longer practical.

Users that upgrade their Goldmine to version 9 and newer and wish to continuing using Tele-Support HelpDesk can do so by changing their contact manager connection to Stand Alone. Using our IMPORT utility, you can import your Goldmine contacts directly into HelpDesk.

Goldmine version 5 and older are no longer supported by FrontRange. Version 6 will be supported by FrontRang through 12/31/2011.

Regarding older versions of Goldmine (5.x,6.x,7.x,8.x) We will continue to support to the best of our abilities to our 'existing' customers. Customers with an active care plan will still be eligable for updates/upgrades as released in Tele-Support HelpDesk, but support may be limited.
