Evaluating our software

All Sales are Final. Please take the time to fully utilize the FREE video demos and full featured evaluation software to ensure it fits your needs

We suggest that as your first step, you download run the Video Demo. This demo allows you a very detailed look at a "day in the life" of a typical operator and shows the daily flow of our program and its capabilities.

Next step would be to download and install the Full Evaluation program. This is the actual HelpDesk program with ALL features intact. You can run as Stand Alone using the built in contacts database or connect to YOUR own ACT!contact manager. The program is licensed for 30 days from when the evaluation key is issued. If you need additional time to evaluate, please call us and we will make arrangements to extend the evaluation period for additional 14 days.

Support during the your Evaluation Period

Technical support during the evaluation is FREE. You will receive the same quality of care afforded to our current customers. We want to ensure that you have a pleasant and successful evaluation experience. The evaluation is delivered with both User and Administrator guides (in PDF format). The user guide is also accessible by going to the Help menu from the main HelpDesk screen.

If during or after the evaluation period, you purchase Tele-Support HelpDesk, we will merely register you online via a code and turn you system into a live package.

Support after you Purchase
Service is an area where we shine. We work to solve problems, answer questions, and be responsive to our customers' needs. We offer service that many companies cannot match.

We have several CARE PLANS available. Over 90% of our customers purchase a care plan as it offers the best value and ensures continuous support and maintenance.

Upgrades & Updates: Upgrades will include new features and/or enhancements to existing features. Upgrades will usually have a cost associated with them. Upgrades are FREE to those who are covered by an active Gold or Platinum care plan.

Updates will include bug fixes and patches as needed and as logically possible to the existing version

Licensing: Licensing on our Tele-Support is concurrent (as opposed to the more expensive 'named' user licenses which requiress a license for each user accessing the program). This affords you a more flexible licensing system and better value.

Moving HelpDesk: Please contact our Support Licensing team BEFORE you move or re-install your licensed installation. Your license is hard coded to the server O/S and various hardware components. Please see REHOST policy for further details
