Evaluating our software

We suggest that as a first step, you download run the Video Demo. This demo allows you a very detailed look at a "day in the life" of a typical operator and shows the daily flow of our program and its capabilities.

Next step would be to download and install the Full Evaluation program. This is the actual HelpDesk program with ALL features intact. You connect Help/Desk to YOUR own live system (ACT!, GoldMIne, or Stand Alone contact managers. The program is licensed for 30 days from installation (if you need additional time to evaluate, please call us and we will make arrangements to extend the evaluation period).

If you are a current Tele-Support HelpDesk user, you can still download and install separately version 3.0 for full evaluation without disturbing your current HelpDesk installation.

Support during the your Evaluation Period

Technical support during the evaluation is FREE. You will receive the same quality of care afforded to our current customers (see Support Policy for details). We want to ensure that you have a pleasant and successful evaluation experience. The evaluation is delivered with both User and Administrator guides (in PDF format, HDAdmin40.PDF and HDUser40.PDF). The user guide is also accessible by pressing the F1 key from the main HelpDesk screen.

If during or after the evaluation period, you purchase Tele-Support HelpDesk, we will merely register you online via a code and turn you system into a live package.

Support after you Purchase

Service is an area where we shine. We work to solve problems, answer questions, and be responsive to our customers' needs. We offer service that many companies cannot match. Test us out and call us during your evaluation period.

We have two service plans available. They are time and materials and the Super Bundle. Over 90% of our customers purchase the support bundle as it offers the best value and ensures a continuous and update to date installation. The bundle includes all the support you will ever need and free minor and major upgrades as new features and versions become available.

Upgrades

Upgrades will always include new features. Some upgrades will be minor (like upgrading from version 2.1 to version 2.2) and some upgrades will be major (like upgrading from version 2.2 to version 3.0). Upgrades will usually have a cost associated with them, the value depending on the degree of new features. Upgrades are FREE to those who are covered by the Super Bundle contract.

Updates

Updates are posted occasionally and as needed to fix bugs, make changes, or add minor changes to the program. Program updates are FREE to everyone within your current version.

Licensing

Licensing on our Tele-Support LAN and WEB versions is concurrent (as opposed to the more expensive 'named' user licenses whichrequiress a license for each user accessing the program). This affords you a more flexible licensing system and better value.
