Updates

If you have HelpDesk Version 3.0 already installed on your system, and wish to update to the most current build, please download from the files listed below.

These files are to update your current Tele-Support HelpDesk Version 3.0 installation.

If you do not have version 3.0 installed, you should NOT download these files. These update files are for Version 3.0 ONLY.

The main program update is TSHD3_Install.exe. Each time you load HelpDesk, it will show you the current build number. You may also click on Help,About to obtain the same information.

You may obtain the other program files listed below by finding the files in your HelpDesk folders, right clicking on the file, choose Properties, choose Version. If you see a newer version listed below, you may download and run the installation program for that module.

It is suggested that you exit HelpDesk during the update procedure.
