Version 3.1 Updates



Updates

If you have HelpDesk Version 3.1 already installed on your system, and wish to update to the most current build, even if it is still in an evaluation state, you may do so from the files listed below.

These files are to update your current Tele-Support HelpDesk Version 3.1 installation.

If you have VERSION 3.1.0.xx installed, you should NOT download these update files.
Contact our Support Team support@resource-dynamics.com for instructions to upgrade at no cost to current 3.1.

You should maintain your program files listed below by finding the files in your HelpDesk folders, right clicking on the main executable file, choose Properties, choose Version. If you see a newer version listed below, you should download and run the installation program for that item.

It is strongly recommended that you exit HelpDesk during the update procedure and make a safe backup of files before you apply updates.

This is the quick update utility for HelpDesk 3.1 This utility will update executables where applicable. Download and save this executable to the main directory for HelpDesk3\Server, then run. This file ONLY needs to run one time from the server. Once your clients exit and logs back into HelpDesk, they will be prompted to apply the new updates to their local install.
